Service/Diagnostic Fee: $85 non-refundable  (Additional fees apply if outside Southern Wake County)

Each Additional Appliance: $68

Preventative Maintenance: $110 per appliance

HVAC Maintenance: $129 one-time fee | $182 per year (2 visits per year)

First Floor Dryer Duct Cleaning: $85-$100 depending on duct location

Our Service/Diagnostic fee is $85, this includes diagnosis of issue and estimate for part(s) and labor required to bring appliance back to factory operation.  Every repair is priced according to time and difficulty of repair as well as operating costs for the business. 

Policies

Our warranty is 90 days. In the event that there are defects in our service we will provide aid to resolve any issues as needed.

If invoices are not paid within 30 days a 1.5% interest rate will be applied. Payments can be provided in the form of cash, checks, or credit cards. Credit cards payment fees do apply. 

A 24 hour notice prior to the service date would be appreciated in the event that a change or cancellation of a service is required.
