2. Labor Guarantee:
We guarantee the quality of our labor and take pride in delivering exceptional service. However, we do not guarantee parts, whether supplied by us or purchased independently.

3. Payment Agreement:
By making a payment for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• You have the right to cancel any scheduled service. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

• If you cancel and cannot reschedule according to our terms, any refund provided will be in accordance with our cancellation policy.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel under reasonable circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies or situations beyond our control.
   
• If we cancel and are unable to reschedule within a timeframe that meets your needs, you will receive a full refund.
   

5. Rescheduling Policy:

• Both you and Smart Choice Repairs have the option to reschedule a job when necessary.
   
• If we need to reschedule and cannot accommodate your preferred timeline, we will provide a full refund.
   
• Likewise, if you need to reschedule and cannot meet the terms provided, any refund will be subject to our cancellation policy.
   

6. Non-Refundable Trip/Diagnostic Fees:

 All trip and diagnostic fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling.

7. Part Compatibility Disclaimer:
If a part needs to be replaced, it may not be the exact brand or match the original part, but we guarantee it will be compatible and effective.
